You can delete your EveryNest account at any time.
In the app
Open Settings and choose Delete my account.
If you own a household, that option isn't available until you've dealt with the household first — either by transferring ownership to another parent, so the household carries on without you, or by deleting the household along with your account. Settings will tell you which applies.
By email
Write to hello@everynest.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days.
You have 30 days to change your mind
After you ask us to delete your account, nothing is removed for 30 days. If you change your mind in that window, email hello@everynest.app and we'll cancel the request — your account continues as normal. After 30 days the deletion goes ahead and can't be undone.
What gets deleted
Your profile, your sign-in details, your settings and your activity. Where your name appears in a household's shared history, it's replaced with a neutral label.
Deleting some of your data without closing your account
You don't have to delete your whole account. If you want us to remove something specific — content you added to a household, or anything else we hold about you — email hello@everynest.app and tell us what you'd like removed. We'll deal with it within a month.
Some records we have to keep, and those are set out below.
What we keep
A small number of records are kept for six years afterwards, so we can show we handled things properly — for example, that a parental authorisation existed for a minor in your household, or that you asked us to delete your account and we did. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what those are.
